Graduated from University of Florida in 2008 with her Masters Degree in Physician Assistant Sciences, attended UF for her Undergraduate Degree in Exercise and Sport Sciences — specializing in Athletic Training; with a Minor in Health Science Education.

Heather has worked at Eaton Orthopaedics since September 2010 and works with Dr. Carlan

Heather Hornstein, PA-C

Graduated from Michigan State University in 2003 with a Bachelors of Science in Dietetics and Kinesiology. In 2011, she graduated from Nova Southeastern University with her Masters degree in Physician Assistant.

Heather has worked at Eaton Orthopaedics since August 2014 and works with Dr. Eaton.
